Upon arrival at the Metropolitan, 300 guests were greeted with butler passed hors d'oeuvres and champagne and mineral water for a one hour reception in the Boardroom, Veranda and Ballroom B. At 7:15 p.m., D'Amico staff invited guests into the Clubroom and Ballroom A to be seated for a three-course plated dinner. Chardonnay and Merlot were offered during dinner. Dessert was wedding cake made by D'Amico's pastry chef. The bride chose a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and French buttercream.
Beverage Details The client hosted a premium bar throughout the evening. Beverages were butler passed upon guest arrival with wine service during dinner.
Entertainment Details Jazz CD's provide by the Metropolitan played during the reception and dinner. Toasts were raised between the entrée and dessert courses using a wireless microphone and the wedding video was shown on the Metropolitan's two drop down video screens during dessert. After dinner, the band performed on the Clubroom stage while guests danced.
