This was an all-day training/planning meeting for 200 people hosted by a corporate sales department at the Metropolitan. Guests arrived at 7 a.m. and convened in the Clubroom for a continental breakfast and briefings from upper management. At approximately 10 a.m., attendees broke out to one of four seminars being held in the other rooms of the Metropolitan. Each room was set with oval tables and chairs as well as a self-serve beverage table. At 11 a.m. there was a second breakout session.

Attendees returned to the Clubroom at noon for a two course lunch. The meal was preset on the tables to expedite lunch service. The CEO of the company addressed the group during lunch. At 1 p.m., attendees rotated into the next two breakout sessions. Attendees departed at 4 pm.

The client made full use of the Metropolitan's audio/visual capabilities, including the stage, podium, wireless microphone, video and data projectors and screens.
